SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2
Netrality Properties undergoes external auditing against both the SSAE 16/SOC 1 and SOC 2 to assess our controls protecting sensitive data. SOC1 and SOC2 controls are based on a standard set of security criteria developed and issued by the AICPA in the Trust Services Principles and Criteria.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulates those in healthcare that store sensitive patient information or health records. Data centers must have certain administrative, physical and technical safeguards in place, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. ANSI/TIA 942-B Certification Rating 3
The ANSI/TIA-942 is a quality standard for data centers. The topology presented in the standard covers all physical infrastructure including, site location, architectural, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, telecommunication, security and other requirements. Netrality Properties has undergone an external audit of over 2,600 items of criteria to meet the Rating 3 standard.
